More than cakes at the Cheesecake
The Cheesecake is most popular for its fine line of sumptuous and mouth-watering cakes but I think only a few have tried more than that from them.
They have a branch at the Bluewave Mall in Macapagal Highway (Pasay City) and though the area is always full of people, the Cheesacake shop there is relatively low on body count which is why I love to hangout there whenever the Starbucks beside it is packed full of people.

Their Schublig breakfast plate is probably my favorite in the category of light meal — a huge piece of schublig sausage, with toast bread and chunky cream cheese. (Schublig is a traditional Swiss sausage, made with select cuts of beef and pork, mixed with blend of spices, non-fat dried milk, and onions, fine ground, and lightly smoked.) It’s a little expensive though at Php150+ a plate.

I’m not really fond of cheesecakes but their Apple crisp is perfect for me. You can have it cold or warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for toppings. That’s Php100 and an additional Php20 if you’ll have the ice cream as well.

The place has wifi via Airborne Access so I always bring my laptop along. The tables inside don’t have electric outlets (they alreayd covered it with plasters) but the ones just outside are available.
