You guessed it right! You order chicken mami (chicken noodle soup)! I’m not saying that Perfect Loaf Cafe and Bakery’s wide variety of breads are not gastronomically delightful. Their cheesy ensaymadas are perfect! It’s just that rain or shine, I’m still a fan of their chicken mami, especially now that you can get it as a part of a happy, este, budget meal. At Php60 you get a bowl of crunchy chicken mami (it’s because of the vegies), two pieces of toast bread and a drink of your choice.

Other variants of their budget meals are baked macaroni, sotanghon, and fresh lumpia.

 

Now that the rainy season is here, you can do more than the generic curling up in your room and reading a book. Go out and read your book somewhere where you can sip on some hot chicken noodle soup! Perfect Loaf, which is at St. Joseph St. near Nepo Mall, Angeles City is a nice spot with an immaculate ambience where you can meet up with your friends and have a warm chit chat. Another branch is at Gapan-Olongapo Road, San Fernando, Pampanga.
