For those wondering,

From eastwood, there are shuttles going to trinoma (passing through katips), ayala (passing through C5), and megamall (passing through ortigas ave and passes by galle) their “terminal” can be found at ministop

There are also buses (citylink) that passes through C5 going to resorts world.

I have the same question as Carla. I also live near katipunan area (along ateneo and miriam). Dadaan po ba dito yun shuttle from ortigas (I work at jollibee plaza).
