That in itself perhaps should be reason enough for Pinoy sci-fi fans to see it. I just wish that filmmakers will come up with pieces that have substance and are strong in story-telling, not just with visual effects. With the deluge of foreign movies and TV series, Pinoys have been smarting up about what they pay to watch in the moviehouses. Otherwise, there's your sidewalk dibidi or orig DVD supplier to bargain with. I love watching movies in general, especially really good Pinoy movies such as Crying Ladies and Maximo Oliveros. :-)
